If you're trying to recover an old account that was linked to your Facebook account, the Support team can try to find it via your Facebook ID.
To get your Facebook ID:
- You must use a web browser (not app on your phone)
- Open Facebook
- At the top right, click on the drop down arrow and then click on "Settings & Privacy"
- Click on "Settings" in that drop down
- In the left menu, scroll down and click on "Apps and Websites"
- Find Bud Farm: Idle Tycoon (you may have to click 'View More') and click on "View and Edit"
- Scroll down to where it says Your User ID is and click the button to copy the ID
