I Have A Purchase Problem / Didn't Get My Items!

To investigate/credit your account we will need the receipt you received from Google or Apple, and your User ID. 

Please provide the following:

1. A copy or screenshot of your receipt:

  • On Android, Google will have emailed you a Transaction ID that starts with GPA. If you haven’t received that email (or if you deleted it), you can also click here to see your purchases, then select a purchase to see the Transaction ID.
  • On iOS, Apple would have emailed you a receipt.

2. Your User ID:

  • Tap the gear icon at the bottom right for Settings
  • Your User ID is displayed at the bottom
